1.If you don't know what colour service you require please DO NOT book online, please call us to talk through your options.
2.We require a skin test 2 days prior your appointment (as a new client). This also applies for clients who haven’t seen us in over 6 months.
3.Come in for a consultation if you have questions about ANYTHING !!! This can be booked by calling our lovely team.
4. All clients will receive an email 48hrs prior to their appointment. Please respond to this as a confirmation of your appointment time/date/services.
5. Deposits are required for ALL Colour Correction,Chemical Straightning and technical appointments. Deposit amounts are determined on appointment size & overall cost.(Please note we have a 48hr cancellation/rescheduling policy. Anything within this period will result in a loss of deposit).
6. We do implement an age restriction for all colouring services.
